We are located in the Palisades Medical Building. Please enter the parking deck, park on any floor (Aside from C, which is reserved), take the parking deck elevator to Level A or walk in order to enter the Palisades Building lobby, and take the elevator to the 6th floor. You will turn left off of the elevator, enter through the double glass doors, and proceed all the way down the hall for our check-in desk.  

Directions from 75 South: Take exit 255 W Paces Ferry Rd toward US-41/Northside Pkwy, Turn left onto West Paces Ferry Rd NW, Take the 1st right onto Northside Pkwy, Turn right onto Howell Mill Rd NW, Turn left onto Downwood Cir NW

Directions from 75 North: Take W Paces Ferry Rd/Northside Pkwy exit, Turn right onto Northside Pkwy, Turn right onto Howell Mill Rd NW, Turn left onto Downwood Circle NW.

The Emory Aesthetic Center does not validate parking for our building, so please plan to pay for parking as you exit the parking lot—you can do so with your ticket in the lobby as you exit.

COVID-19 UPDATES

Given these current times, we have updated our protocols to prioritize everyone’s safety. Please keep this email handy as it has information necessary to ensure a smooth visit to our clinic:  

There are no visitors allowed into the building during your appointment. You’re welcome to have someone remain in the car or at home and join you on the phone or on Facetime/video call with you during your appointment.

Emory Healthcare has implemented a masking policy for all patients and staff. Please wear a mask to your appointment. If you are unable to acquire one, we will provide one for you at check-in.

Check In: please be prepared to undergo a brief symptom/temperature screening before check-in and being escorted to your clinic room.

Check Out: We are card-only for all payments.

Bring a photo ID and have your insurance card handy, especially if your insurance has changed as we will need to update our records. Complete your new patient paperwork ahead of your visit.
